Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchase on Bath Mats, Quilts, Underblankets and Pillows for hygienic purposes. We offer refund or exchange on all other unused purchases if they are faulty or damaged, or if it differs from the advertised product.
For all other items, to be eligible for a return if the item is unused and still in its original packaging with all of the original tags still attached, you have two options:
Return In store
You may return your purchase to our store, please take the unused items to be returned in the original packaging with a copy of your receipt which was emailed to you upon order confirmation or received with your purchase. Our store staff will be able to process the refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please include a note with details of your name, contact details, order number and the reason for the return. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until they are safely received at our store, so please pack items well. Returned items must be received 'as new' and in resalable condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 – 3 weeks.
